Shiatsu Rebalance

My name is Julia Bramble, and welcome to Shiatsu Rebalance.

I’m Based in the beautiful semi-rural peaceful surroundings of Gwaelod Y Garth in Cardiff. And thrilled to be offering shiatsu to you at out and wild.

“Being truly connected with ourselves and others helps us become more present. It is the process of being more present through shiatsu that guides our bodies journey to a natural way of healing,  ” Julia Bramble 2025

What is Zen Shiatsu?

Zen Shiatsu is a dynamic form of acupressure therapy/bodywork, that focuses on pressure points and the body’s twelve energy meridian’s and 8 extraordinary vessels, to bring about physical emotional psychological and spiritual energy balance and awareness.

It’s origins are from traditional Chinese medicine (five element theory,) and involves the theory that our energy moves through channels within the body known as meridians. Shiatsu explores the flow of this energy (Qi.)

Shiatsu involves applying finger pressure, palm pressure, kneading, and involves stretching and mobilising the body and limbs to identify different types of energy depletion and excess energy. The information gathered from this is then used to help rebalance the depleted energy and excessive energy to help facilitate the body’s own natural healing abilities and regeneration.

Pressure can be firm or gentle depending on your need/preference and how I assess the energy meridians. Shiatsu aims to support you with physical ailments, mental wellbeing, emotional imbalance and relaxation.

Chair Massages

I’m Vivienne (aka Stefanie) your on-site chair massage therapist, here to bring a little chill to your festival weekend. When I’m not working the festival scene, you’ll find me bringing good vibes and better posture to office teams and co working spaces across Sussex. I love what I do, and I’m so excited to be part of this year’s Out and Wild festival in its new Devon home. Out and Wild is always a gorgeous, joyful space made for LGBTQ+ women to connect, unwind, and dance under the stars. You’ll find me giving chair massages by day… and tearing up the silent disco by night (probably covered in glitter!)Come find me in the treatment zone during the festival to check availability for a massage. There’ll be a board up with time slots, so swing by and grab a spot!

Craniosacral Therapy

What is Craniosacral Therapy and how can it help you?

Craniosacral therapy is gentle, yet very powerful. It supports you in your own healing, as the therapist uses a light touch to enable you to address physical and emotional pain, including chronic illnesses, trauma, anxiety and stress.

Craniosacral therapy can help with migraines and headaches, back problems including sciatica, digestive disturbances, neck pain, aching shoulders and joints. It can also help support you if you are living with cancer, ME or fibromyalgia as well as many other conditions. The craniosacral therapist listens to your body and together we address whatever issues arise during the session.

When our own natural resources feel depleted, we can benefit from feelingsupported, nourished and restored. The aim is to enhance your own underlying potential for health and wellbeing by treating you as a whole person with your own life story.

What happens during a session?

You will be fully clothed and lie down on a treatment couch. You may choose to have a blanket to feel cosy, and a pillow or two. The craniosacral therapist will use a light touch on the head, lower back and sacrum, or other parts of the body, such as the chest and solar plexus. Most people will feel relaxed and some will even fall asleep.
