SATURDAY 2ND JUNE

DG Couchino will be in conversation with Asma Ashraf about their debut novel TThe Light and Shade of Ellen Swithin

Performance poet, returning to Out and Wild following huge popularity in 2024. There may be a surprise in store so don't miss this session!

Paula Akpan will be in conversation with Abi Fellows about When We Ruled. It is thrilling to see a historian restoring women to their place of honour and importance. An extraordinary book - this tells more than a hidden history of Africa, more than queens and women leaders forgotten by history, this tells of women as they were as we are and as we can be. PLEASE read it! ― Philippa Gregory, bestselling author of NORMAL WOMEN

Roxy will be in conversation with Zoe Berryman about What A Girl Wants. Prepare for a rollercoaster of emotions!

Elizabeth will be in conversation with Abi Fellows about Thank You for Calling the Lesbian Line. Steeped in pop culture references and feminist queer theory, it is a timely exploration of how Lesbian identity continues to remake and define itself in the 21st Century and where it may lead in the future.

SUNDAY 15TH JUNE

Out & Wild Inclusion and Cultural lead Raga D'silva will lead a discussion with an intersectional panel about what family means to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Jane will be in conversation with Zoe Berryman all about her latest book, 3000 Lesbians go to York, the story of the Queer Arts Festival that ran in the early 2000's. A treasure trove of Queer history and a trip down memory lane for many of us.

Lena will be doing a live recording of Queer Lit with guest Aysa Huseyin, founder of The Queer Girls Book Club.

Gabby will be in conversation with Asma discussing Cursed Under London, a cosy queer love rom-com set in a fantasy version of Elizabethan London. 'I loved Cursed Under London, Funny, joyous, subversive' Joanne Harris, author of Broken Light
