Join us and be part of helping to put on the UK's biggest Festival for LGBTQ+ women and those who are non-binary.
Volunteering is a great way of making new friends, using your existing skills and helping those that attend.
All volunteers get a FREE weekend camping/campervan pass, a free t-shirt, free tea or coffee daily and discounted food.
We are also launching a private Facebook Group for Volunteers, where you can connect and ask questions. It's called Out & Wild Volunteers.
We ask you to do a minimum of 3 x 5 hour shifts over the long weekend.
Our volunteer options include: Stewarding, Litter picking, Car park/Camping Support, Info Desk Support, Ticket Desk, Meet & Greet, Merchandise Sales, Photography, Social media, Cafe and Bar Support.
We are especially keen to have volunteers who identify as trans and non-binary and who come from different ethnic backgrounds/the global majority.

We ask you arrive by 6pm on Friday 31st at the latest. But we will also allow volunteers to arrive on Thursday 30th after 5pm (please bear in mind facilities will be limited).
No. All you need is to be ready to help. We can chat through options available and find the best role for you.
Yes! Over 30% of Out & Wild attendees come solo. And some do choose to volunteer. We will buddy you up and you can meet people in adance via our Volunteer Facebook Group
We will make sure all volunteers are briefed in advance of the event via zoom sessions. You will also get a site tour on Thursday or Friday.
