Overview
Thank you for being an Out & Wild volunteer for 2024! Please complete all the information. You need to submit for each volunteer please, if you applying as a couple or friends. You do need to get your space as volunteer and then add on if you require parking or a campervan space. Please also check the FAQs and read them before you sign up. We will allow volunteers to arrive from Thursday at 4pm, but you must let us know in advance. We will have some food available to buy in the evening and in the morning. Please note if you have not filled in the forms you will not be registered as a volunteer

I have worked in the hospitality and events business for 30 plus years . Volunteered for Lfest, Road trippers,Femme Festival over the last 10 years.. NOW can not wait to support Polly and the team with Out & Wild this year... Love the space created for our LGBTQIA community . We need to support these events, or we will lose them. Very hands-on in life, love living in Bulgaria part-time and spending time with friends and family here in the UK. See you in a field .... Kala xx
FAQs
When you sign up you commit to do 3 shifts with us. You will need to complete all these (unless you are unwell).
People that do not complete shifts will not be invited back to the festival
We ask all volunteers to arrive by 12pm on Friday 1st. You can arrive on Thursday 31st from 4pm. Please make sure you have signed up to arrive on Thursday. There will be toilets and showers and we will be serving food you can buy.
All voluntees must attend pre-training in May via Zoom sessions. Dates wiill be issued in April, there will be 3 sessions you can choose to attend.
This training will focus on inclusivity and key facts around the festival.
There will also be onsite training and a site tour when you arrive.
You get a free ticket for the weekend. This will be issued at least 3 days before the Festival and after you have attended training.
You get a free t-shirt and you will get a token for 1 x free instant coffee or tea per day.
