Overview

This will take place on 7th to the 9th of March at the Nightingale Centre, situated in the beauty of the Peak District. There will be options for single, twin and double rooms and even spaces for campervans. The Relationship Retreat is open to couples and singles and will be fully catered. Dr Claire and Christina will run classes and sessions and we will have a wellness lead delivering breathwork. You will be hosted by Out & Wild Regional Lead, Justine.
