Overview

This fully catered weekend is designed around the idea of slowing down, resting, and restoring during the colder months. Rather than focusing on productivity or intense fitness, it emphasizes comfort, reflection, intentions, gentle movement, and connection. Think of it as embracing the season instead of pushing through it. There will be a focus on rest and reflection and setting intentions; vision board making, intention setting and journaling; gentle movement, sound baths, a walk in the beautiful countryside. Great home cooked food and cosy evenings with new connections. Plus optional saunas and massages and festive wreath making. We are taking over the whole of a coach house, small cottage and beautiful function room. There are mainly shared rooms, with options for campervans and motorhomes. The location is Bore Place, a beautiful 500-acre, regeneratively managed historic site and charitable organisation, just an hour from London. As a charity, their mission is to care for the land and inspire people to live happy, healthy and sustainable lives. Led by Polly Shute, founder of Out & Wild and expert leads
