HOTELS, FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL
We’re working in partnership with local hotels to secure accommodation for Out & Wild guests, arranging rooms on a case-by-case basis to suit individual needs.
Local hotel rooms are available from £331 for three nights. Accommodation can be secured with a £50 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due by 4 June 2027.
Guests who book their hotel through Destination Rainbow will also receive free, non-transferable parking at the festival.
Where possible, we’ll place guests in the same hotels, making it easier to share transfer options (at an additional cost). Dedicated WhatsApp groups will help guests coordinate journeys between their hotel and the festival site.
Travelling internationally? Elle at Destination Rainbow can also arrange your flights and create a bespoke itinerary. Whether you’d like to spend time in London before the festival or continue to Brighton Pride, running from 30 July to 1 August 2027.

ONSITE GLAMPING
We will have around 30 Glamping Tents on site. These are managed directly by Out & Wild and you can book below and spread payments.
This year we have very flexible options, you can book just a tent, a tent with camp beds (choose from a double or 2 x single) or tents that come with full bedding.
You can also order add ons, including extra beds, blankets, tables and chairs and even a bean bag.
